Rates/Policies

Rates:

  • Initial 30-Minute Telephone Assessment – Free
  • Initial In-Home 2 Hour Consultation with Personalized Action Plan – $200 
  • Follow-Up General Residential or Home Office Organizing Sessions – $75 per hour
  • Shopping Services – $55 per hour
  • Travel time of half the hourly rate is charged for trips more than 15 miles each way.

If necessary, the following will be charged in addition to the hourly fees outlined above:

  • Copying, postage and overnight courier charges
  • Large-scale junk hauling removal

We generally work hand-in-hand with each client to determine exactly the range and scope of services appropriate.

Hours:

  • Tuesday through Friday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 10:00 am -2:00 pm, as needed.

Payment:

  • Payment for all organizing services is due at the end of each appointment. 
  • If organizing products provided by Order Your Lifeare used during a session (as authorized by the client), the cost of those supplies is due at that time.
  • Payment for the shopping service and supplies purchased is due upon receipt of supplies. 
  • Cash and checks made payable to Order Your Life are accepted.

Scheduling:

  • Twenty-four hour notice by phone or email is required for cancellation of all scheduled appointments (emergencies are taken into consideration). If less than 24 hours notice is given, clients will be charged $65.
  • Weather-related cancellations will follow the decision of the local school disctrict.
  • Calls will be returned in a timely manner on regular work days after 5 pm or within 24 hours.
  • Telephone time is used primarily for scheduling and for initial phone assessment for new clients.

Referral program:

Referrals are greatly appreciated! For each referred paying client, Order Your Life will offer one hour free of organizing services to the referring client.

Please note, we do not work in a smoking environment.

Wow, with Penny’s help and guidance we’ve been clearing out one space at a time. I can’t believe that she could do in 4 hours what I couldn’t do in 10 years. I look forward to tackling spaces now. Best part, no judgment on her part. If I wanted to save something kind of stupid, that was okay, but now I know where those things are. I think I’ll also save quite a bit of money because now that things are organized I know what I have and what I don’t need any more of  (can you say luggage?) Thanks Penny.
