Penny Bryant Catterall, Owner and Organizer

Penny is a native-born Washingtonian, but lived overseas for 15 years as the daughter of a US Foreign Service Officer.  Moving frequently at a young age gave her a head start on skills that she uses to this day as a professional organizer.

She has run her own home-based businesses for more than ten years, and prior to that, worked in public relations, program development and administration in both the private and non-profit sectors, giving her a strong grounding in administration and efficient paper and filing management.  As a part-time jewelry designer and avid knitter, she also understands how to work with and organize small business owners in the creative arts fields.  The mother of two teenage sons, Penny is well aware of the challenges of juggling work while maintaining an orderly and smoothly running home. With a completely confidential and non-judgmental attitude, she will help you find a way to manage the areas of your life that are causing organizational issues. Her goal is to help you let go of the excess in your life, create systems that will work for you, and give you the tools to stay organized and on-track.

Lina McCauliffe, Consulting Organizer
Raised in Washington DC’s Adams Morgan/Dupont area, Lina has been a Bethesda resident since 1994.  As the mother of two children under eight and an active member of the Westbrook Elementary School PTA, Lina’s forte is in organizing toys, schoolwork, and the general clutter that often accompanies families with young children. Lina’s clients also benefit from her strong background in customer service gained from working for several years as a manager and ultimately as a buyer for Nordstrom.  She brings a business and finance background to her work via her degree from University of Maryland. Lina is co-owner of Admiral Hardwood Floors, Inc., a leading Washington, DC  hardwood floor expert in antique restoration. She is also a Realtor for WC and AN Miller, A Long and Foster Company and has strong relationships with several top local architects, designers and contractors.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
